On behalf of the 1st International Symposium on High Power Laser Science and Engineering (HPLSE2014), we are delighted to invite you to attend HPLSE2014, which will be held on March 16 -19, 2014 in Suzhou city, Jiangsu province, China.HPLSE2014, organized by Shanghai Institute of Optics and Fine Mechanics (SIOM), Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), will be the first symposium of the HPLSE symposium series.

HPLSE2014 aims at bringing together worldwide scientists and engineers working on high power laser and physics. It covers high energy density physics, high power laser, high power laser related components, and advanced laser technology and applications. It provides a technical forum for reporting and learning about the latest research and development in science, as well as for launching new applications and technologies in engineering. Hundreds of technical experts from world-wide famous laboratories will attend the symposium.
